and a Caller ID capable modem, you can have
a Caller ID box built right into your computer,
but with many features that regular Caller
ID boxes don't have.

Besides the usual screen-pops, auto-name-lookup,
call logging, and pager notification, IDentify!
has additional features to help you screen
your calls:
- Announce incoming calls using most SAPI 5 compatible
text-to-speech engines, or choose to play
different wave files to identify different
call types. No more running to check your
Caller ID box.
- Automatically hang up on unwanted callers
after playing a pre-recorded message to
the caller. Your phone will only ring once.
Or get rid of any caller by clicking the
"Zap Caller" button.
- When you are really busy, a "Do Not
Disturb" feature only allows important
callers to get through.
- IDentify! can send a
message after receiving a call to any e-mail
account including any alphanumeric pager
or wireless phone with e-mail capability.
The message can include the caller's name,
phone number, and the time they called.
IDentify! installs an icon on your taskbar
so it is out of the way until you need it.
This icon flashes if new calls were
logged while you were away, or IDentify!
can flash the Scroll Lock LED on your keyboard
instead. Missed calls can be easily returned
because IDentify! will dial the number for
you.

I have tried just about every caller-ID program,
and removed them with out registering them.
They all suffered from the same deficiencies,
i.e., unstable, not TAPI compliant, difficult
to use or limited capability. Identify is
simply the best caller_ID program currently
available ! Your company should be proud
of having the "best of the best".

about a dozen similar programs and IDentify!

available, it has been a pleasure to come
across yours. It works without problems,
crashes, memory overload, and the design
interface is clean and simple-to-understand.
The Help documentation is well-written and
in easy-to-understand lingo. This is how
